And the company claims that the 17,000 square meters tower greatly reduces the material and energy waste as it reduces the cost and construction time.

In Broad Sustainable Building company’s reports, they talked about how they built the T30 tower using prefabricated parts. The company made 93% of this hotel in their factory. Thay made the main board is 3.9X15.6 meters, it included everything such as lights, water pipes, kitchen sink and all the other things needed. They spent about 45 days to finish preparing all the basic blocks for the T30 hotel which exist near their factory. Then they trucked all the prefabricated parts to the construction site and built the whole tower in 15 days. While building process, they didn’t use any water, dust or welding.
The T30 hotel is 5 time more energy efficient, because the Broad Sustainable company pre-installed about 15 CM of thermal insulation, as they made a system which allow the elevator to generate energy. The air is twenty time better inside the building, and the residents can see that through the monitor for particulates in each room. Also, The T30 hotel reduces the CO2 emissions.
The T30 hotel represents the perfecting technology of In Broad Sustainable Building company. The BSB company is claiming that,”they will turn this project into that tallest skyscraper in all over the world only in just 90 days”, by building five floors more each day. BSB company is very serious about that. According to Juliet Jiang who is the senior VP of BSB, has said that they are going to complete a five storeys per day.
So now we can construct like this building in a few days, what does this mean for future architecture?
